0:01 Hi, this is Adam from Lyfe Accountants, this is just a video just to show you how to earn your age receivables, uh, debtors report.
0:08 So if you’re going to report it, and all reports, and we’re looking for the age receivables detail. You see, this gives an invoice by invoice breakdown for all your customers.
0:22 Uh, it was split into various overdue amounts, by month. So you’ll see here, this is the month just of due, uh, less than a month, over a month, an order.
0:31 Um, it’s all based on the June 8th, so it’s important you get that right when you raise an invoice or within your settings.
0:36 Um, it gives you an idea of which customers you need to chase, um, potential problem customers, uh, and that kind of thing.
0:43 Uh, we always recommend clients look at this at least every month, possibly even as often as ever. Every week, just to make sure that, erm, your sort of debtors and cash flow on to factor.
0:53 What you can also do is go into your reports and all reports. And if we just put that little star note to that.
1:04 That will just add it to your favourites. So when you go back into your report in, you’ve got your age receivables detail in your sort of favourite reports.
1:13 Hope that helps. See you soon.
